Two familiar Omaha restauranteurs, owners of Benson Soap Mill, and part-owner of Au Courant Regional Kitchen have partnered with Scoppa to open a Northern Italian-inspired woodfire pizzeria serving lunch and dinner in the historic Ashton Building of Millwork Commons district.  Enoteca (Italian for wine repository) signals the restaurant’s commitment to carrying regional wines and on-tap prosecco.
