Daniel and Janene Bolt, a husband and wife design team, founded SCOPPA Architecture after several years working at two well-respected Omaha Architecture firms. Daniel is an architect, Janene an interior designer.

SCOPPA is an architectural practice focused on addressing the core human, technical, and economic aspects of each project.

We enthusiastically embrace constraints of time, cost, and owner vision; we utilize these to uncover unexpected creative solutions.

Together, our founding team has experience on over 75 projects across a variety of project types, including commercial office, commercial interiors, mixed-use, automotive retail, public schools, non-profit early childhood, university, historic renovation, LEED certification, and federal facilities, amongst others.

SCOPPA brings professionalism, energy, and a desire to excel to each project.  For us, each project is important, and we consciously give the attention needed to discover substantive and creative solutions.

We offer a full range of services, including pre-design, re-zoning, tax increment financing (TIF) services, architectural and interior design services, and construction administration.
